All returns must be authorized by Holly's and include our "Return Authorization Number" and invoice number. Returns must be claimed within 10 calender days of receiving your order. Defective merchandise or mis-shipment will be replaced or credited to your account. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged to your account for goods returned for reasons other than the above mentioned. Goods must be shipped freight prepaid and be of saleable condition or they cannot be accepted. Books and Pattern Packets are "not returnable." We do not accept liability for products affected by weather. Claims for damaged goods or missing cartons must be claimed with the carrier - save your boxes and shipping materials. Also, please report damages to us, so we can follow up with the shipper's actions.
